WOMAN RAPED MINOR STUDENT, CASE REGISTERED ON COURT ORDER

The family members of the victim child, resident of Sadar police station, have alleged that in 2016, their son was a high school student. During this time, Naugarh came from the village to study well for the son. Was living here with a rented house.

Not only daughters of Gorakhpur, now sons are not safe too, sons are also becoming victims of lust. One such case has come up from Siddharthnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. Here, a woman committed a rape incident with a Nabgalig student in her neighborhood. After which the victim's relatives took refuge in the court. In this case, on the orders of Special Judge Pratima Tripathi, the police is taking further action by registering a case of rape against the accused woman.
What is the whole matter
The family members of the victim child, resident of Sadar police station, have alleged that in 2016, their son was a high school student. During this time, the son came to Naugarh from the village for good studies. Was living here with a rented house. During this time, his son went to a neighborhood teacher's home to study tuition. Meanwhile, a woman in the neighborhood seduced the minor student and took him to his house and had illicit relations with him. After which the aggrieved student told his family members.
Police did not take action
The student's relatives went to meet the Sadar police station and the Superintendent of Police regarding the matter. But there was no action. After which he took refuge in the court. This matter was going on in the court after the victims complained to the court. After which a case of rape was registered against the woman on the orders of Special Judge Pratima Tripathi. On the other hand, in-charge SO Sadar Rajendra Singh Yadav said that further action is being taken on the court's order by registering a rape case against the accused woman.
